Seeing the Changes 363

The sunshine brought out the first male Brimstone butterfly (Gonepteryx rhamni) of the year in Loughor. We were also joined by a Shoulder stripe moth (Anticlea badiata).

Lovely photograph, Paul. We have had several pairs of Small Tortoiseshells in the garden.

Yes- there seem to be masses of ex-hibernating Small tortoiseshells attracted into the sunshine this year.
