Seeing the Changes 251


Had the first local sprinkling of snow. In spite of this, a few Giant willow aphids (Tuberolachnus salignus) were clinging on in Penclacwydd. In Bynea, only Gorse (Ulex europaeus) was in flower.

Noted a Curlew ( Numenius arquata ) on the Loughor estuary at Bynea.
