Using personal digital images, it's also intended to emphasise seasonal (and other) changes in natural history of the Swansea (South Wales) area. He would and, of course, acute death is not the only criterion by which one judges potential 'harm'. Having said that (and accepting that there is a good deal of debate out there) I don't think the decision was driven by any scientific evidence base. Knowledge-led economy?
