Seeing the Changes 183





The Broom (Genista sp) and the Ribwort plantain (Plantago lanceolata) popped out in Swansea. A little later in the same location Pedunculate oak (Quercus robur) was coming into leaf and Rowan (Sorbus aucuparia) coming into flower. A 'fairy ring' of St George's mushroom (Tricholoma gambosum) adorned the grass. A young, lifeless Slow worm (Anguis fragilis) on the pavements of Loughor.
