Carbon Foot-prints Vary Greatly in Size

It is obvious that the contributions of different groups of people to the release of greenhouse gases varies considerably but the calculation by Oxfam and people in the UK take on average only 2 weeks to reach the annual levels of Africans in Rwanda is very striking (https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2020/jan/05/britain-annual-carbon-emissions-overtake-africa-two-weeks-oxfam). I suspect that this may be an under-estimate that is bound to get worse if commercial space flights take off.
