Plants We Used to Use 505. Wood sorrel

Wood sorrel (Oxalis acetosella) can be added to salad, paired with fish or used to make a 'tea'. The whole, flowering plant was used to make medicine to treat liver/digestive disorders; scurvy; wounds and swollen gums.
