Plants We Used to Use 509. Woolly thistle

Woolly thistle (Cirsium eriopherum) leaves/stems were cooked and eaten as a vegetable. Seeds were used to make a 'tea' or a flour. The 'tea' was believed to have diuretic and tonic properties.
