Plants We Used to Use 498. Wild thyme

Wild thyme (Thymus polytrichus) is commonly consumed in foods. It flavours meat and vegetable dishes; can be added to bread dough and has been used to make a 'tea'. Medically, thyme has been applied for breathing problems, as well as kidney and bladder disorders.
