Hot Tub?

The UN has apparently predicted that sea temperatures will be higher this year, with or without an El Nino event (https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2020/mar/02/un-above-average-temperatures-without-el-nino). This basically confirms that the human impact on global temperatures and weather patterns is stronger than the regular fluctuations one has seen in established patterns. A warmer sea means warmer land, coupled with droughts and floods.
