Hold Back the River?

A rather graphic reminder of climate change for the major polluter? China is currently experiencing a record drought. Parts of the Yangtze river have dried up.Provision of hydropower and shipping are both on hold, meaning that commercial activity is strongly impacted. Time to reduce record imports of Russian hydrocarbons and really curtail the release of 'greenhouse gases'?
