Using personal digital images, it's also intended to emphasise seasonal (and other) changes in natural history of the Swansea (South Wales) area. Too Hot to Handle?
'In the foreseeable future', London is likely to experience multiple days, with temperatures above 45 degrees Centigrade. London's mayor has warned that, currently, the underground tube system, care homes, schools and many houses, would become unusable (https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2023/sep/18/london-facing-45c-days-in-foreseeable-future-mayor-sadiq-khan-warns). Mayors of many cities, across the globe, are identifying an urgent need to make adaptations to deal with this imminent impact of climate change. Adaptation won't be cheap but elevated city temperatures will kill.
