Plants We Used To Use 107. Common sea lavender

Common sea lavender (Limonium vulgare) has no marked smell but provides a tangy flavour, if added to soups and other dishes. It's also been used herbally as an anti-inflammatory. It's also a good source of vitamin C and calcium.
