Plants We Used To Use 108. Common sorrel

The leaves and flowers of Common sorrel (Rumex acetosa) contain oxalic acid. They can be eaten raw in salads or replace (as they have a sharp, citrus taste) lemon in dishes. Roots can be dried and powdered to make noodles.
