Visitors Not Welcome

Apparently a number of English coastal resorts are actively trying to repel visitors, as lockdown in that country is eased and the weather improves (https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2020/may/13/coastal-towns-visitors-stay-away-lockdown-eases-england-blackpool-covid-19-seaside-resorts). They point out that attractions will not operate, car parks will be shut and it will be difficult to obtain food and drink (even the toilets are closed in most places). It has been pointed out that coastal resorts often have a high percentage of mature residents who are vulnerable to infection with Covid-19.
