Plants We Used To Use 84. Canadian fleabane

Leaves of Canadian fleabane or Horseweed (Erigeron canadensis) can be eaten cooked or raw (like spinach?). Extracts of stems and leaves have also been used to treat bronchitis, sore throat, fever, inflammation, fluid retention and urinary tract infection etc.
