Plants We Used To Use 96. Common dog violet

Flowers and young leaves of Common dog violets (Viola rivinana) can be eaten raw or cooked. They can also be a component of salads, sandwiches or wraps. Its leaves can be used to make a 'tea' or to thicken soups.
