Plants We Used To Use 224. Hoary mustard

Hoary mustard (Hirchfeldia incana) has potential as a biofuel. This plant can be eaten raw in salads or cooked as a vegetable. Its seeds can be ground, producing (you guessed it!) a mustard-like condiment.
