Plants We Used To Use 266. Lesser water plantain

If they're prepared properly, Lesser water plantain (Baldelia ranunculoides) tubers are edible. This plant's fresh leaves can be applied directly to minor injuries; dermatitis and insect stings. Syrups or tinctures can also be used to treat coughs.
