Plants We Used To Use 268. Lilac ivy-leaved speedwell

Lilac ivy-leaved speedwell (Veronica hedenfolia) can be eaten raw or cooked. As this plant was thought to have anti-inflammatory and expectorant properties, it was used to reduce respiratory tract inflammation and expel mucus.
