Plants We Used To Use 226. Hoary stock

Hoary stock (Matthiola incana) flowers can be eaten as a vegetable or used as a garnish, especially in sweet deserts. They also yield a blue/purple dye. Hoary stock seeds are optimistically claimed to be an aphrodisiac.
