Plants We Used To Use 232. Horse radish

Horse radish (Armoracia rusticana) roots are used as a popular condiment. They are also said to have antibacterial properties. Horse radish is rich in antioxidants and tentative studies suggest they prevent cancer cell growth in the colon, lung and stomach.
