Less Dramatic But Deeply Worrying?

It may not have the drama of the wildfires sweeping the US, Greece, France, Italy and Turkey. It certainly doesn't immediately threaten lives, like recent floods in China, Germany and the state of Mississippi. It is, however, deeply concerning that rain has fallen on the summit of Greenland's icesheet, for the first time since records begun (https://www.reuters.com/world/europe/rain-falls-greenland-ice-summit-first-time-record-2021-08-20/?utm). The rain confirms that the Greenland icesheet is in a precarious position. There's an awful lot of water in that body of ice and snow. Carbon zero by 2050, anyone?
