Storing Up the Benefits For Later Life?

Evidence is accumulating that the 'keys' to good physical and mental health in later life, are exercise and satisfying relationships. Who would have guessed? Having said that, it is obviously important to look after both body and mind. This is probably most easily done in group exercise activities.
