Plants We Used To Use 207. Hairy bittercress

Hairy bittercress (Cardamine hirsuita) was one of the herbs in the Anglo-Saxon Nine Herbs Charm used to treat poisoning and infections. It's an edible weed, with a mild peppery taste, rich in Vitamin C, calcium and magnesium.
