Plants We Used To Use 312. Mugwort
Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) long provided traditional medicines in many parts of the world. It's currently taken orally for digestive problems; irregular menstruation and high blood pressure. Extracts of this plant are said to have sedative, laxative and nerve tonic properties.
