Plants We Used to Use 336. Pink oxalis

Pink oxalis (Oxalis articulosa) leaves, stems and flowers are edible. Too much of them, however, increases the risk of kidney stones. This plant is rich in antioxidants that may help prevent heart disease and type 2 diabetes.
