Plants We Used to Use 335. Pineapple mayweed
Fruity-flavoured, Pineapple mayweed (Chamomilia suaveolus) is added raw to salads; infused as a 'tea'; used as an ingredient of salad dressings and made into a 'jam', for snacks or desserts. Herbally, it's been used as a sedative, as well as to relieve anxiety and insomnia. Pineapple mayweed is also claimed to ease menstrual cramps and digestive pains.
