Plants We Used To Use 309. Mountain everlasting

A Mountain everlasting (Antennaria dioica) 'tea' was taken for colds; catarrh; laryngitis etc. It was said to alleviate coughing and ease mucus discharge. A Mountain everlasting decoction was also applied to haemorrhoids to reduce inflammation.
