Plants We Used To Use 308. Mountain ash

Mountain ash or Rowan (Sorbus aucuparia) berries contain parascorbic acid. They should, consequently, be cooked before human consumption. Mountain ash berries have been administered for diabetes; diarrhoea; gout and heart disease etc.
