Plants We Used To Use 306. Moon carrot

If cooked, Moon carrot (Seseli libanotis) leaves can be eaten. The Ancient Greeks used Moon carrot to treat food poisoning and snake bites. A decoction of this plant's seeds is said to be a diuretic.
