Plants We Used To Use 304. Monkey flower

Monkey flower (Mimulus gattutus) roots were used to treat dysentery and diarrhoea, as well as to stem haemorhages. The Pomo Indians, of Lake County, prepared a decoction of Monkey flower to treat sore, bloodshot eyes. They lived in smoky, poorly-ventilated homes.
