Plants We Used to Use 334. Pignut

Pignut (Conopodium majus) tubers are eaten, after peeling and slicing. It can be sprinkled through salads, where it's said to taste like a cross between a hazelnut and a radish. Pignut has also been used to treat digestive and respiratory ailments, as well as to make a poultice for wounds.
