Plants We Used to Use 330. Perennial sow thistle

Perennial sow thistle (Sonchus arvensis) leaves and stems can be cooked or added to stir fries and stews. Stem 'milk' was used as a wart 'cure'. Extracts of this plant were also said to hasten childbirth; treat skin and eye problems, as well as freshen foul breath.
