Plants We Used To Use 324. Ox-eye daisy

The petals, stem and leaves of Ox-eye daisy (Leucanthemum vulgare) can be eaten raw or added to soups and stews. This plant's flowers make a delicate 'tea'. Although there's no good evidence, the parts above ground have been used to treat respiratory tract conditions and wounds.
