Plants We Used To Use 319. Nipplewort

Predictably, Nipplewort (Lapsana communis) was formerly used to treat sore nipples. When brewed as a 'tea', it was said to stop milk flow. In Eurasia, this plant was used as a salad ingredient. It can also be cooked, like spinach, or added to soups and stews.
