Plants We Used to Use 484. White stonecrop

In moderation, White stonecrop (Sedum album) can be added to salads and stir fries. This plant has also been a component of 'green roofs'. The bruised fresh plant, can be applied, as a poultice, to wounds and minor burns. It can, however, cause blisters.
