Plants We Used to Use 496. Wild sage

Wild sage (Salvia nemerosa) leaves are a spice, used to flavour soups; sautees and pastas. They also produce a 'tea'. Predictably (given its name), sage was used for memory and thinking skills, as well as to lower cholesterol and treat menopausal symptoms.
