Plants We Used to Use 486. Wild basil

Wild basil (Clinopodium vulgare) is an aromatic herb. Its leaves are added to food dishes and to make a herbal 'tea'. They also yield both a brown and a yellow dye. In traditional medicine, Wild basil has been used to treat digestive disorders, such as indigestion and nausea.
