Plants We Used To Use 205. Guelder rose

If eaten raw, the Autumn berries of Guelder rose (Viburnum opulus) are mildly poisonous. After cooking, however, they can produce a jam, rich in vitamins, phosphorus, potassium, iron and zinc etc.
