Plants We Used To Use 214. Heartsease

Heartsease (Viola tricolor) is entirely edible. It's used as a garnish for salads and sweet dishes. Extracts have been used to speed up metabolism and sooth respiratory conditions. They have also been applied to the skin, to treat dandruff, acne etc.
