Plants We Used to Use 6. Yarrow

Yarrow is generally white but pink versions do occur. The leaves and flowers have long been used as a binding to help cure wounds (Achilles was a Greek hero). Those parts of the plant can also be added, in moderation, to give a medicinal kick to salads.
