Using personal digital images, it's also intended to emphasise seasonal (and other) changes in natural history of the Swansea (South Wales) area. Seeing the Changes 1520
Lots of Lepidoptera at Oxwich. Silver 'Y' moth (Autographa gamma) lateral and top; 6-spot burnet moth (Zygaena filipendulae). Also Common blues (Polyommatus icarus); Gatekeepers (Pyronia tithonus); Meadow brown (Maniola jurtina) top and feeding; Small blue (Cupido minimus); Small copper (Lycaena phlaeas) and Painted lady (Cynthia cardui) feeding and basking.
