Plants We Used to Use 481. White migonette

In parts of Greece, White migonette (Reseda alba) leaves were simmered as a green. An essential oil, extracted from its flowers, is used in fragrances. Dried leaves and flowers, also make pot pourri. This herb has been employed to treat respiratory; digestive and skin conditions.
