Bigger Than a Giant Redwood?

Australian scientists wanted to look at the DNA of Sea grass in a location off Shark's Bay in Western Australia. They were amazed to discover that, an area the size of Manhatten Island, all originated from a single plant (https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2022/jun/01/what-the-hell-australian-scientists-discover-biggest-plant-on-earth-off-wa-coast). This makes that Sea grass, currently the largest plant on the planet!
