Getting a Brazilian?

Anglo Beef Processors UK and the Pilgrim's Pride Corporation (owned by the Brazilian beef giant, JBS) supply meat in the UK to e.g., KFC; Nando's Chicken and Sainsbury's 'organic' range. They have been reported, however, to use offshore companies to slash their UK taxes (https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2022/sep/26/worlds-biggest-meat-company-appears-avoided-millions-in-uk-tax). Although the tax avoidance devices used by these meat sellers are legal, they have been described as being highly 'aggressive'. Certainly, loopholes enable these companies to avoid paying millions of pounds of UK taxes each year. I suppose you would expect meat sellers to be 'red in tooth and claw' when it comes to their profits. The main problem appears to be the multitude of loopholes in the UK tax system. These have been obvious for decades and nobody has done anything about them.
