Plants We Used to Use 415. Small teasel

Young Small teasel (Dipsacus pilosus) leaves can be cooked or used in salads and smoothies. This plant's stems were employed in textile production to 'tease', raising cloth fibers. Root extracts were used to support liver and kidney health as well as helping digestion.
