Plants We Used to Use 423. Spearmint

Spearmint (Mentha spicata) 'tea' is said to lower blood sugar levels and to 'balance' hormones. An oil from the plant's leaves has been used to treat indigestion; nausea; upper intestinal tract spasms and irritable bowel syndrome.
