Plants We Used to Use 410. Slender knapweed

Slender knapweed (Centaurea debeauxii) flowers can be added to salads. This plant was used to make an ointment to treat wounds; sore throats and bleeding gums. The Welsh Physicians of Myddfai also added knapweed to a potion said to counteract adder bites.
