Plants We Used to Use 425. Spreading bellflower

Spreading bellflower (Campanula patula) blooms can be used to garnish salads; cakes and puddings. This plant's leaves can be eaten raw in salads or cooked as a 'green'. A root infusion was used to 'cure' ear-ache.
