Plants We Used to Use 429. Spurge laurel

Leaf extracts of Spurge laurel (Daphne laureola) were used to purge and produce vomiting. Leaves and bark were used to induce abortions. This plant's toxins are currently being evaluated for potential anti-leukaemia actions.
